At Optics11 Life we develop the Cuore, a non-destructive contractility platform that monitors 3D muscle-bundle dynamics, and a suite of mechanobiology tools, including high-precision, high-throughput instruments for cell-to-tissue nanoindentation.
Together, these instruments quantify stiffness, viscoelasticity, and force generation under near-physiological conditions, giving researchers fast, actionable data for advanced disease modelling, drug screening and biomaterial quality control. Our products are used across diverse application areas, including cardiology, muscle diseases, fibrosis, oncology, and regenerative medicine. Website: www.optics11life.com

IonOptix develops and manufactures cardiovascular data acquisition and analysis systems. Our new Cardiac Slice System allows simultaneous calcium and force measurements, mechanical work loop data, and characterization of tissue elastance/compliance. For higher throughput single cell studies, our MultiCell System features rapid stage movement and scanning speed, mark-and-find functionality for repeated measures of myocytes, and our CytoSolver batch analysis of high-content data. And our new CytoMotion algorithm expands our functional recordings to include high-speed, real-time iPSC-CM contractility data. Website: https://www.ionoptix.com/

IonOptix Myocyte Workshop
An in-person, free workshop will be held after the European Muscle Congress, offering live demonstrations on acquiring functional data from iPSC-derived, skeletal, and adult cardiac myocytes, as well as myocardial slices and (if available) myofibrils. Key topics include high-throughput myocyte measurements (IonOptix MultiCell), myocardial slice mechanics (Cardiac Slice System), and loaded myofibril recordings (MyoStretcher). The workshop will take place on Wednesday afternoon 24th September in the O|2 lab building (Amsterdam), hosted by the Department of Physiology, Amsterdam UMC. Spaces are limited and advance registration is required, via this link https://www.ionoptix.com/myocyte-workshop/ or info@ionoptix.com

Curi Bio unlocks novel workflows and critical human data to inform R&D decision-making. By enabling the scalable analysis of adult-like contracting engineered tissues, Curi Bio's Mantarray and Nautilai platforms empower your discovery, safety, efficacy and potency studies for new therapeutics. Aurora Scientific measurement instrumentation has been the choice of leading science researchers around the world. Our selection of Dual-Mode lever systems and force transducers are used in a broad array of life science research specialties, including exercise and metabolism, cardiology, injury recovery, gerontology, disease progression, pharmacology and more. Our fast response sensors are considered benchmark instruments in olfaction research studying odor dynamics and pheromone/plume dispersion, and our mechanical stimulator technology is used in studies of the neuronal response to touch, pain and stretch. Many instruments have also been adapted for use by material science researchers studying the properties of artificial muscle, locomotion and nanomaterials. Website: https://aurorascientific.com/
