Travel grants
The EMC Early Careers Association is pleased to announce three travel awards for early career researchers to attend the conference.
The purpose of the travel award is to support PhD students and post-docs (less than 10 years) with their travelling expenses.
To apply, please go to the ECA website, complete the ECA free membership form, fill out the travel award application form, and email it to eca.esmr.info@gmail.com with the subject line "Travel Award."
Applications close on 22nd May 2025.
Winners will be notified mid/end of June.

*Early registration fee is only valid before 1st July 2025.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include the VAT (charged at 21 %).
Conference dinner and canal boat tour have a limited number of spots and can be signed up for on a “first come, first serve” basis. Both events can accommodate 250 participants. For planning purposes, you can sign up for the dinner until all spots are filled, and for the boat tour until July 15th (or until all spots are filled).
